I NEED TO SELL MY HOME is owned and run by Michelle Thomson and Frank Gilbride.
Michelle came into property after a long and successful corporate background in Financial Services. Fed up working for someone else, she took the plunge and left to start building her own property portfolio. Having done this successfully she realised there was a gap in the market for a property buying company where integrity was a key element of the company’s ethos. Michelle, who lives in Edinburgh, with her husband and two teenage children, said:
“Selling your home is one of the most stressful situations we can find ourselves in. We aim to take the stress and hassle out of this. We’re always guided by the ethos : ‘Treat clients the way we’d like to be treated’. We pride ourselves on offering a swift, effective, professional service for clients looking to sell their home quickly for whatever reason.

Frank came into property after a long career in journalism and quickly caught the property investment bug and began building his own portfolio.
He too saw a gap in the market for an integrity-driven property buying company in the Scottish market place.
Frank, who lives near Stirling with his wife and five children, said:
“We have a large database of clients who are professional property investors looking to purchase buy to let properties across Scotland.
“Many of our clients are cash rich and don’t require mortgages to buy, so we can move very quickly and complete sales in as a little as 21 days. Other clients have already had mortgages approved and are just waiting for the right property to come along, again they can move very quickly.
“Sales falling through due to chains breaking down is not an issue for us as our buyers have nothing to sell. “
